The grand auditorium, equipped with over 2,000 seats, features a transformative design that allows it to adapt seamlessly to various event formats. Through advanced engineering, movable walls, ceilings, and a height-adjustable floor enable the space to convert from a traditional theatre into a concert hall, banquet venue, or flat-floor event space, offering unmatched versatility.

Engineering & Construction

• Concrete Volume: Over 70,000 m³ of concrete was used to support the structure.
• Steel Framework: The venue incorporates approximately 12,000 tonnes of structural steel, ensuring strength and durability.
