CCC Launches Second Phase of Job Training Program for Saudi Women
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department of Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), in partnership with Education for Employment (EFE), has launched the second phase of its Job Training & Placement (JTP) Program for Saudi women.
This 12-month program aims to equip young women with essential soft skills tailored to meet market demands, focusing on key industries for Saudi Arabia’s growth. The initiative follows the success of Phase 1, which helped 25 women secure employment. The new phase aims to train and place 20 women in entry-level positions, contributing to the country’s Vision 2030 goals of increasing female workforce participation and reducing unemployment.
The program emphasizes education, job creation, and community development, empowering young women to thrive professionally and drive Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation. CCC and EFE are committed to providing capacity-building opportunities, with EFE having already connected over 19,000 youth, including 55% women, to employment. This collaboration will help Saudi women gain the skills necessary to succeed in growing sectors and contribute to the Kingdom’s ongoing development.
