As champions of continuous industry collaboration, CCC recently participated in the biannual IPLOCA Novel Construction Session 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal. Held every fall and spring, this event gathers global leaders to explore cutting-edge innovations and best practices in the construction industry. The Fall Session highlighted the latest advancements in AI-driven transformation, workforce upskilling and reskilling, low-carbon strategies, and the path toward achieving NETZERO emissions, reinforcing the construction sector’s commitment to sustainable growth.
Representing CCC, Mustafa Abusalah led a workshop focused on AI transformation within the pipeline and the future of energy industries, showcasing the transformative role of digital technology in enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility. Mustafa’s session provided attendees with practical insights into how AI is revolutionizing industry practices, equipping them with knowledge of AI’s applications and its potential for driving significant, positive change.

Further cementing CCC’s dedication to the next generation of industry professionals, Ramzi Abunemreh represented us as part of IPLOCA’s new NEXTGEN program. This initiative, spearheaded by Saji Khoury, welcomed five young engineers from five different member companies to join the event, providing them with an invaluable platform for networking, learning, and skill development. By actively supporting the NextGen program, CCC underscores its commitment to nurturing emerging talent and preparing these individuals to lead with knowledge, innovation, and a forward-thinking approach.
