CCC at Samsung E&A Tech Forum 2026 showcasing Four Decades of LNG Construction Excellence

CCC was proud to participate in the Samsung E&A Tech Forum 2026 in Seoul, joining global leaders under the theme “Energy Realism, Continuity, Diversity, Velocity.”

Representing CCC, Hisham Kawash. Regional Managing Director, CIS, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia & Papua New Guinea and Yaser Kaddourah, Assistant Vice President, Construction Support, engaged with industry leaders on the evolving challenges of LNG megaproject delivery.

A key highlight was CCC’s presentation:
“Navigating the Giants: Challenges, Lessons Learned & Best Practices in LNG Project Construction.”

Drawing on over four decades of experience, CCC has contributed to ~25 LNG projects, representing ~152 MTPA and ~25% of global liquefaction capacity.

Key insights covered:

  • Readiness-driven execution & engineering maturity
  • Modularization and advanced construction methodologies
  • Digital transformation (BIM, AWP, Digital Twins, AI)
  • Productivity, innovation, and integrated execution governance

Notably, AI-driven analysis demonstrated ~80% alignment with CCC’s expert knowledge, reinforcing both the strength of our institutional expertise and the growing role of AI in shaping future delivery models.

The forum reaffirmed a clear direction for the industry: integrating engineering excellence, digitalization, and innovation into a unified approach is key to the future of LNG megaprojects.

We thank Samsung E&A for hosting an impactful event and fostering industry-wide collaboration.
