CCC’s Response to COVID-19
Dear CCC stakeholders,
The challenges caused by the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) are impacting every person, every nation and every business around the world.
For Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), safeguarding the Health and Safety of our partners, clients, employees and their families has always been our outmost priority. As such, with consistency and responsibility, we are taking a series of emergency measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect public health.
We are making decisions and acting quickly as we gain the facts. We are closely monitoring the situation as well as following official directives and scientific advice to control any possible infections.
We highlight the actions CCC has implemented to mitigate the existing risk:
- Awareness & Communication
- We are ensuring all employees are well-prepared for their self-protection as well as keeping others safe. We discourage the spreading of rumours and unnecessary panic but at the same time, we take all preventive measures to ensure our people are safe.
- Increased Hygiene & Sanitizing Efforts
- We have developed a straightforward protocol for containing and controlling any possible situations.
- Limiting Employee Travel
- We have requested employees to curtail their travels abroad and mandated a 14-day quarantine period for those who have recently travelled.
- Remote Working
- We have instituted remote work policies as needed and we are providing the essential resources for employees to do so. Dedicated IT teams have been rolled out for ease of communication.
- Emergency Response and Preparedness Plans
- We are working with each Area and each project to prepare such plans and appoint champions to follow up these actions.
In essence, we have implemented broad action plans to tackle the pandemic, ensuring business continuity in all areas of our operations and client satisfaction.
We will work diligently, guided by our family culture and values, to address the needs efficiently and effectively.
