Mr. Wael Khoury serves as Chairman of the CCC Group and as President of Petroleum and Minerals. In addition to his role within CCC,
Mr. Khoury is a Director of number of Companies in the financial, insurance, investment and water sectors. He also plays a part in the charity sector, in particular as a Director of the Antiochian Orthodox Society of Great Britain.
Mr. Wael Khoury holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University in Washington D.C. and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the California State University in the United States.
Mr. Tawfic Said Khoury serves as an Executive Vice Chairman of Consolidated Contractors Company.
He serves as the Director of National Petroleum Construction Company Limited. He is a member of the board of directors of Sicon Oil & Gas, Arab Life Insurance Co., Computer & Communication Technologies and Consolidate Project Development Co.
Mr. Khoury is a member of the Global Leadership Council and the Chairman of Maritime Development. Mr. Khoury holds a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, from the University of California, Berkley, California and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, from the University of the Pacific Stockton, California.
Mr. Samer Khoury serves as President of Engineering & Construction and Director at Consolidated Contractors Company.
Mr. Khoury is active in many economic institutions around the world. He serves as the Chairman of Palestine Electric Company and the Director of the Palestine Investment Fund PLC.
Mr. Khoury is a board member of more than 28 regional and internationally renowned organizations and Arab and international institutions operating in the field of economics.
Mr. Khoury holds a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University in the United States.
Mr. Suheil Sabbagh is currently President of the Human Resources Group and a Managing Partner at Consolidated Contractors Company.
Mr. Sabbagh continuously contributes to the decision making processes necessary for the continued growth, expansion and diversification of CCC. Additionally, Mr. Sabbagh is recognized for continuing the humanitarian and social welfare contributions initiated by his late father.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Education at the American Community School in Athens. He is a member of the UNESCO World Federation of Engineers, a contributing member to the Executive Board for the Lion’s Club, Athens and a member of the Jordan Young Presidents Organization.
Suheil H. Sabbagh holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Webber University, USA.
Antoine Mattar has been associated with Consolidated Contractors Group for many years and served as the Financial Controller from 1971- 1973. Following his retirement as a partner from Arthur Andersen LLP, he joined the group as a Non-Executive Director in 2001.
He is a Director at Intergulf (a Canadian Development Company- based in Vancouver) and Chairman of the Palestine Britain Business Council. Amongst Mr. Mattar’s professional and philanthropic activities, he is a Knight of the Order of St John, served as Deputy Chairman of the St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital from 1996 to 2011, since 1984, has been Deputy Chairman of the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants.
Mr. Mattar has a BA in Economics from the University of Wales, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (1960) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax Advisors (1964).
Mr. Mohamad Seoudi serves as Board Director of Consolidated Contractors Company S.A.L. Mr. Seoudi previously served as Group Vice President – Operations and Support of Consolidated Contractors International Company S.A.L.
Mr. Seoudi is the Mayor of the city of Saida in southern Lebanon since 2010.
Mr. Seoudi holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cairo, Egypt and an MBA from the Toronto School of Business.
Mahmoud F. Zeibak has been a Member of the Board of Director of the Consolidated Contractors Company SAL since 2009.
Mr. Zeibak is a veteran of the CCC group. During his nearly fifty year tenure, Mr. Zeibak worked in various operational, commercial and management roles across most of the company’s areas of operation. His final executive position was as Group Vice President Marketing and Sales.
Mr. Zeibak also serves on the Board of Directors of Consolidated Contractors Energy Limited where he is a member of its Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Zeibak graduated with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1963.
Mr. Jamal Nakhleh is a Member of the Board of Directors of Consolidated Contractors Group SAL (Holding Company) since 2011.
Mr. Nakhleh started with the Group since 1971 where he served in various locations ending up in Greece. The titles held by him started with Head of Audit up to CFO and the last title held was Acting President Corporate.
Mr. Nakhleh also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Consolidated Contractors Energy Limited.
Mr. Nakhleh holds a BBA degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
Imad Sa’ad has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Consolidated Contractors Company S.A.L. since 2015.
Mr. Sa’ad joined CCC in 1965 and served in Libya and Bahrain until 1971. In 1972 he was assigned to the Joint Venture of CCC/Sante Fe that was engaged in the construction of Abu Dhabi Habour and Kuwait Oil Pier Extension. He then completed many projects in the United Arab Emirates and progressed to the position of Deputy General Manager. Moving to the Managing Office Athens in 1985 he spearheaded the expansion into new areas and in 1999 he became Group Vice President with responsibilities to include all operations in North Africa, Oman, Jordan & Yemen and that of President of the Morganti Group Inc. in 2000.
Mr. Sa’ad holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
Wahbe A. Tamari is currently Chairman of the Board of Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd, Chairman of the Board of Arabia Insurance Company and Vice Chairman of the Board of Oman Arab Bank. He is also a Board Member of Arab Bank PLC and Solidere International Ltd and serves on various committees related to his Board positions. Wahbe is the CEO of ATFO sal, whose main focus is in family office services and real estate. He is also the founder and current Vice-Chairman of W&P S.A. Geneva, a Swiss based independent asset manager.
He started his career at Sucafina S.A., a multinational coffee merchant founded by his father in 1977, where he held several positions ranging from trader to CEO. Wahbe currently sits on the board of Sucafina S.A. Wahbe is on the board of several organizations including The Tamari Foundation and the Lebanese International Finance Executives (LIFE) and acts as an advisor to the board of trustees of The Hassib J. Sabbagh Foundation. He is also a member of the Young President Organization (YPO) Gold Alpine chapter.
Wahbe is a graduate of Webster University Geneva, with a BA in Management and a Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM43) program alumni.
A veteran professional at GE with over three decades of experience in senior managerial positions, Nabil is the President and CEO of GE Middle East, North Africa & Turkey (MENAT) since 2004.
Passionate about healthcare, education and youth empowerment and championing the role of women in business leadership, Nabil leads GE’s operations in MENAT with a particular focus on complementing the region’s developmental goals.
A member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council, he drives the company’s regional growth with an emphasis on strengthening partnerships, promoting localized innovation and empowering human capital development.
Since joining GE in 1982, Nabil has undertaken international field assignments across diverse business sectors and geographies. He serves on the boards of INJAZ Al Arab, the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington (AGSIW), the Arab Forum for Environment and Development and the US–Saudi Business Council. He is also a trustee of the Balamand University, and the American University of Beirut.
